It is his job to drive customer-first digital excellence for BT Group’s four brands: BT, EE, Plusnet and Openreach. He started out in software engineering and has meandered through web analytics, data, digital marketing and is now a digital strategist. Having consolidated BT’s social media and completely refreshed its digital design, Gregor is currently focussed on step-changing BT’s digital marketing efforts with a content overhaul. His primary goal is to embed simplicity, which in a company as complex and far reaching as BT, is quite a challenge.
