Jack Dyson is the global head of content strategy for SAP Customer Experience where he produces best practice B2B content, strategy and innovation on all channels. Up to joining SAP, he was working with some of the world’s biggest brands and agencies, humanising their branded content whilst also delivering targeted, successful and credible campaigns. Before agency life, he spent 15 years in publishing, where he worked on, started up and founded award-winning publications (WIRED, GQ, The Week, Rubbish Magazine etc).
