Before his role in LEGO, Silberbauer spent 8 years working in broadcasting TV and his strong background in content and publishing has made him able to develop news level of digital content marketing globally for the LEGO Group. Silberbauer is globally a well known speaker on leading conferences on topics as digital disruption, digital media and organizational transformation and change. He holds and BA and MA in Digital Media Science and a HD in Innovation and Organizational Strategy.
