Lee co-founded marketing agency, Wire in 2010 alongside Pam Scobbie in the midst of an economic downturn, with £1k between them and an office that doubled up as Pam’s kitchen. But from the beginning they had a mission. To build a no rules, media-neutral agency that believed in unmissable campaigns; that valued good people as much as good work; made it easier to be a working mum; and offered a quality national service from a regional office.

Alongside Pam, she’s grown Wire into an agency of 30 doers, dreamers and makers who offer expertise across digital, design, experiential, content production, PR and Karaoke singalongs. Together they deliver big ideas, big coverage and big heart for some of the country’s greatest brands, including Jura, Magners, Tennent’s Lager, HIE, The Dalmore, National Lottery and Marketing Edinburgh.

As well as building a strong agency offering, Lee has also focused on building an inspiring, inclusive culture that offers flexibility and promotes staff wellbeing as much as client satisfaction.
