Lisa began her career producing Idents, Trailers and Channel Branding for the likes of MTV, Channel 4 and FilmFour. She Exec Produced countless launch campaigns for channel defining TV shows, including Shameless, The Sopranos and Big Brother which saw the beginning of a global phenomenon, reality tv.

In 2001, she set-up a first of its kind internal creative agency, 4creative.  As MD of 4creative, she led a commercially successful and award winning creative  advertising and branding agency that is still just as strong 18 years on.

Joining Fallon in 2006 as Director of Creative Output, Lisa oversaw all non-traditional output, working on campaigns for Cadburys, BBC and The Tate.   

Lisa joined Kream (part of Karmarama), a Branded Content and TV Commercials production agency in 2010. Over the last 3 years, Lisa has Exec Produced 2 DMA Grand Prix winners for on-line content series for Unibet & The British Army, and a Drum: Social Purpose Chair Award for ‘All Out’.
